Attentional guided imagery was developed by Twila Gates in response to the recognition that many people need tools to help them shift from one way of thinking or feeling into a resourceful, productive state. Twila guides the listener through a series of focusing exercises designed to shift attention and re-direct energy. As well as creating an experience of change through her voice and words, Soft relaxing music in the background enhances the experience. Twila also offers the listener tools that can be internalized and used in everyday living.
For many people, anxiety and fear are part of everyday challenges and stress. This recording helps address that state of being, acknowledging its various origins and creatively moving through it toward the renewal of peace and calm.
