Twila understands and has been taking the journey of moving beyond Perfectionism since 1989. She recognizes that many people need strategies and tools to help them shift from one way of thinking or feeling into a resourceful, productive state. In this recording, she shares what perfectionism is and why it is so persistent, the chaos it creates and come to understand the difference between “perfectionism” and the “pursuit of excellence.” Twila also offers the listener several strategies and helpful tools that can be used in everyday living with AD/HD and perfectionism.
