Attentional Guided Imagery was developed by Twila Gates in response to the recognition that many people need tools to help them shift from one way of thinking or feeling into a resourceful, productive state. Twila guides the listener through a series of focusing exercises designed to shift attention and redirect energy. As well as creating an experience of change through her voice and words, Twila also offers the listener tools that can be internalized and used in everyday living.
For many people, shame can be elemental in obstructing forward movement into living a life that they desire. This very deep emotion can hold a person back from reaching their full potential like no other feeling state. This recording helps address that state of being, acknowledging its various origins and creatively moving through it toward the renewal of dignity and self-respect
